Bollywood’s beloved couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, have received a special invitation to attend the Ram Mandir inauguration in Ayodhya. The invite was personally handed over by members of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Sunil Ambekar and Ajay Mudpe.
Capturing the moment, the power couple posed graciously with the RSS members and were presented with bouquets alongside the official invitations for the Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Pran Pratistha ceremony. The upcoming temple, designed in the traditional Nagara style, stands tall with dimensions of 380 feet in length, 250 feet in width, and 161 feet in height.
Fresh from celebrating the New Year abroad with their one-year-old daughter Raha Kapoor, Ranbir and Alia returned to Mumbai. They were recently seen at the success party of Ranbir’s latest film, ‘Animal,’ attended by Ranbir’s mother, Neetu Kapoor, and Alia’s father, Mahesh Bhatt.
Ranbir, who played Rannvijay Singh in ‘Animal,’ contributed to the film’s domestic box office success, crossing the remarkable Rs 300 crore mark. His next project is the sequel, ‘Animal Park.’ Meanwhile, Alia is gearing up for her roles in ‘Jigra’ and ‘Jee Le Zaraa.’
The consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple on January 22 promises a star-studded guest list, featuring prominent figures from Bollywood, politics, and sports. Joining Ranbir and Alia are actors Rajinikanth, Kangana Ranaut, Arun Govil, and Dipika Chikhlia, along with cricket legends Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli.
The event, slated for January 22, will also witness the presence of business tycoons Ratan Tata, Gautam Adani and Mukesh Ambani is expected to draw over a lakh devotees. The occasion will be honored by the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
As Ayodhya prepares for the grand event, arrangements are underway to accommodate a significant number of devotees in tent cities during the week-long Amrit Mahotsav. Vedic rituals will kick off on January 16, culminating in the main ceremony on January 22, where priest Lakshmi Kant Dixit will lead the crucial rituals for the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Pran Pratistha.
