Honda Cars has just raised the prices of its recently launched Elevate compact SUV, adding up to ₹58,000. This is the first time they’ve adjusted the price since introducing the Honda Elevate last year. Now, the starting price is ₹11.58 lakh, going up to ₹16.48 lakh for the top dual-tone variant, excluding ex-showroom, Delhi. If you want the pearl color, you’ll need to shell out an extra ₹8,000.

This price increase comes in line with Honda’s decision in December 2023 to bump up prices for the new year. It also signals the end of the initial pricing period for the Elevate, which initially ranged from ₹11 lakh to ₹16 lakh (ex-showroom). Despite the adjustment, the SUV has been well-received, crossing the 20,000 units sold milestone.

The Honda Elevate boasts a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, giving you 119 bhp and 145 Nm of torque. You can choose between a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT automatic transmission.

In terms of features, the vehicle is loaded with a 10.25-inch LCD touchscreen infotainment system supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other conveniences include wireless charging, Honda Connect, soft-touch door and dashboard inserts, and a 7-inch TFT digital instrument console.

Safety is a priority, with the Honda Elevate being equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), multi-angle rearview cameras, reverse parking sensors, and other safety features. The SUV comes in four variants – SV, V, VX, and ZX, excluding the base variants.

It will compete with the cars like Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, and MG Astor, the Elevate will soon face competition from the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift, which will launch later this month.
